I always keep this dressing in my refrigerator for whenever I want to throw together a quick salad. It has all-around flavor that's great for any salad mix.

Serves: about 1[2/3] cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- [1/3] cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 TB. apple cider vinegar
- 2 TB. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 TB. sumac
- 1 TB. dried mint
Instructions
- Add extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, sumac, and mint to a dressing bottle or glass jar. Cover and shake until well combined.
- Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
