I always keep this dressing in my refrigerator for whenever I want to throw together a quick salad. It has all-around flavor that's great for any salad mix.

Serves: about 1[2/3] cups
Ingredients
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
[1/3] cup fresh lemon juice
3 TB.apple cider vinegar
2 TB. minced garlic
1 tsp.salt
2 TB.sumac
1 TB.dried mint
Instructions
Add extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, sumac, and mint to a dressing bottle or glass jar. Cover and shake until well combined.
Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
