Here, tender lamb chops are flavored with fresh rosemary, a hint of citrus, and garlic and cooked to perfection.

Ingredients
- 6 ([3/4]-in.-thick) lamb chops
- 2 TB. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 3 TB. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 TB. extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine lamb chops, rosemary, garlic, salt, black pepper, and extra-virgin olive oil until chops are evenly coated. Let chops marinate at room temperature for at least 25 minutes.
- Preheat a grill to medium heat.
- Place chops on the grill, and cook for 3 minutes per side for medium well.
- Serve warm.

If you like your meat well done, leave the lamb chops on the grill for an extra 2 minutes per side.
