This is a quick, easy, and meaty sandwich with very few ingredients but full of flavor.

Serves: 4 pita sandwiches
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • [1/2] tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. seven spices
  • 4 (6- or 7-in.) pitas
  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine beef, salt, black pepper, and seven spices.
  3. Lay out pitas on the counter, and divide beef mixture evenly among them, and spread beef to edge of pitas.
  4. Place pitas on a baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with Greek yogurt.
Tasty Tip
For a little more kick, you can add a finely chopped jalapeño pepper. It add great flavor and spice.
