This is a quick, easy, and meaty sandwich with very few ingredients but full of flavor.

Serves: 4 pita sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- [1/2] tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. seven spices
- 4 (6- or 7-in.) pitas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- In a medium bowl, combine beef, salt, black pepper, and seven spices.
- Lay out pitas on the counter, and divide beef mixture evenly among them, and spread beef to edge of pitas.
- Place pitas on a baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm with Greek yogurt.

For a little more kick, you can add a finely chopped jalapeño pepper. It add great flavor and spice.
