Recipe type: Beef and Lamb Dinners
Serves: 5 kabobs
  • 1 lb. beef fillet
  • 1 large green bell pepper, seeds and ribs removed
  • 1 large white onion, peeled
  • 1 tsp. seven spices
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 3 TB. extra-virgin olive oil
  1. Preheat a grill to medium heat.
  2. Cut beef fillet into [3/4]-inch cubes, and place in a large bowl.
  3. Cut green bell pepper into [3/4]-inch pieces. Cut white onion into 8 sections, and separate layers. Add bell pepper and onion to beef fillet.
  4. Add seven spices, salt, black pepper, and extra-virgin olive oil, and mix to coat all ingredients evenly.
  5. Skewer meat, onions, and bell pepper, alternating each on the skewer until you have 5 equal-size skewers.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill. For medium-cooked meat, grill for a total of 10 minutes, rotating skewers every 2 minutes, or until evenly grilled on all sides. Serve warm.
Tasty Tip
If you like more grilled vegetables with your meat, try adding some crimini mushrooms, zucchini, or cherry tomatoes to your beef skewers.
