Here, tender pieces of juicy fillet are seasoned with a hint of spice and smoky vegetables and cooked to your liking.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef fillet
- 1 large green bell pepper, seeds and ribs removed
- 1 large white onion, peeled
- 1 tsp. seven spices
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 TB. extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat a grill to medium heat.
- Cut beef fillet into [3/4]-inch cubes, and place in a large bowl.
- Cut green bell pepper into [3/4]-inch pieces. Cut white onion into 8 sections, and separate layers. Add bell pepper and onion to beef fillet.
- Add seven spices, salt, black pepper, and extra-virgin olive oil, and mix to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Skewer meat, onions, and bell pepper, alternating each on the skewer until you have 5 equal-size skewers.
- Place the skewers on the grill. For medium-cooked meat, grill for a total of 10 minutes, rotating skewers every 2 minutes, or until evenly grilled on all sides. Serve warm.
