Fruit Salad

This is not your typical fruit salad. It combines fresh fruit with a sweet and tangy dressing.
Servings: 12 cups
  • 10 large strawberries, diced
  • 3 large kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 large peach, diced
  • 1 large pear, peeled and diced
  • 1 large grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 3 TB. honey
  • 2 TB. orange blossom water
  • 2 TB. rose water
  1. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, peach, pear, grapefruit, mango, and bananas.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, orange blossom water, and rose water.
  3. Pour dressing over fruit, and gently toss.
  4. Keep salad refrigerated, and serve cold.
Mediterranean Morsel
Feel free to use whatever fruit is in season for this recipe. Usually when fruit is in season, its flavor is brighter and sweeter.
