Here, tender lamb chops are flavored with fresh rosemary, a hint of citrus, and garlic and cooked to perfection.
Servings: 6 chops
  • 6 ([3/4]-in.-thick) lamb chops
  • 2 TB. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 3 TB. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 3 TB. extra-virgin olive oil
  1. In a large bowl, combine lamb chops, rosemary, garlic, salt, black pepper, and extra-virgin olive oil until chops are evenly coated. Let chops marinate at room temperature for at least 25 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill to medium heat.
  3. Place chops on the grill, and cook for 3 minutes per side for medium well.
  4. Serve warm.
Tasty Tip
If you like your meat well done, leave the lamb chops on the grill for an extra 2 minutes per side.
