Zaatar is very versatile spice blend. You can mix it with olive oil and use it as a dip for fresh bread. Or spread it on rolled dough and bake into a breakfast pizza called manoushi. Or sprinkle it on Yogurt Spread (Labne; recipe in Chapter 4) or a salad for a tangy twist.
