I always keep this dressing in my refrigerator for whenever I want to throw together a quick salad. It has all-around flavor that's great for any salad mix.
Servings: about 1[2/3] cups
  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • [1/3] cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 TB. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 TB. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 TB. sumac
  • 1 TB. dried mint
  1. Add extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, sumac, and mint to a dressing bottle or glass jar. Cover and shake until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
