This breakfast brings together some of the most important parts of the Mediterranean diet—tangy yogurt, fresh fruit, and sweet natural honey. It's full of protein and fiber.

Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
[1/2] medium banana, peeled and sliced
3 medium fresh strawberries, cored and sliced
[1/4] cup fresh blueberries
2 TB. raw honey
Instructions
Place Greek yogurt in a bowl. Top with banana slices, strawberry slices, and blueberries.
Drizzle honey over fruit, and serve cold.
Notes
Tasty Tip You can replace any of the fruit in this recipe with your favorites. If you can't have honey, try using maple syrup or 1 tablespoon of your favorite jam.
