This sesame fudge is a very traditional dessert along the Mediterranean. Often, different types of nuts and chocolate are added to it for flavor.

Serves: 4 cups
Ingredients
1[1/2] cupshoney
1[1/2] cupstahini paste
1 cuppistachios, coarsely chopped
Instructions
Pour honey into a saucepan, set over low heat, and bring to 240ºF.
In another saucepan over low heat, bring tahini paste to 120ºF.
In a bowl, whisk together heated honey and tahini paste until smooth. Fold in pistachios.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Pour tahini mixture into the loaf pan, and refrigerate for 2 days to set.
Cut halva into bite-size pieces, and serve.

Tasty Tip If you don't like pistachios, you can replace them with any other nut you like. Or for a more indulgent dessert, replace the pistachios with chocolate chips.
