Ingredients
3 pitas
[1/4] cup extra-virgin olive oil
[1/4] cupzaatar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450ºF.
Cut pitas into 2-inch pieces, and place in a large bowl.
Drizzle pitas with extra-virgin olive oil, sprinkle with zaatar, and toss to coat.
Spread out pitas on a baking sheet, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crunchy.
Let pita chips cool before removing from the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

Tasty Tip If you don't like or don't have zaatar spice, you can instead use a combination of your favorite ground herbs or spices to season your pita chips.
